Frogtown Farm

A green dream for the neighborhood

A farm in a park...in Saint Paul’s

most diverse community

Wouldn’t it be great to have a working farm in Frogtown? That’s the dream of Frogtown Gardens members Patricia Ohmans, Seitu Jones, Soyini Guyton and Tony Schmitz, along with hundreds of other neighbors, friends and supporters.  (If you’d like to be counted among our supporters, join us on Facebook--just click the link in the yellow box, right.)

We’re working to secure over a dozen acres of currently unused land at 919 Lafond Avenue, for recreation space, nature trails, demonstration vegetable gardens, picnic space, and more. Frogtown needs more green space, more places to grow fresh and healthy food, and more ways to bring neighbors together outdoors.
